Event Enquiries

Website forms are enquiries only. A submission does not reserve a date or confirm a booking.

A request identifies a preferred starting concept. Final inclusions are agreed separately.

Availability

Dates, venue access, hosts and enhancements require separate availability confirmation.

Confirmation

An event is confirmed only by written confirmation after all stated requirements are met. Final event terms are confirmed separately.

Pricing

Displayed figures may be sample starting prices. Final quotes reflect timing, group needs and services.

Payments

Event payment terms appear in the final arrangement. This site accepts no gambling deposits, processes no wagers and has no gambling payment functionality.

Cancellations

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are supplied before confirmation.

Venue Rules

• Follow host instructions and respect the venue.
• Do not create unsafe conditions.
• Observe agreed arrival and departure times.

Age Restrictions

Gambling-related activities, where included, are for adults aged 18 and over. Identification may be requested.

Guest Responsibilities

Organisers must provide accurate group details, share venue rules and disclose accessibility or safety needs.

Responsible Participation

Guests must act responsibly, set limits and never chase losses or spend more than they can afford.
